To get started, find the report you are interested in using either the site search or the filter on the page https://gallup.am/reports
You can immediately click the Download button:
You can also click on the name of the report to view the list of questions and other details and click the Download button directly on the report page:
You can download any number of reports at a time, so on the page that opens, you can:
- click on the Continue shopping link to return to the filter (in this case, all the reports you have selected will be available by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the site menu),
- press the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button and proceed to payment.
After clicking on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button, a window will open in which you need to fill in brief information about yourself (name, company, city, country), check that you have chosen what you need to download, select a payment method and confirm that you agree with our terms and conditions:
The easiest payment method is an online payment using a Visa, MasterCard or ArCa bank card, as well as the iDram payment system, since in these cases you will receive a link to download the report instantly.
Select one of these items and you will be redirected to the bank or iDram page (MPG does not process or store your bank card details).
Complete the payment on the bank page, and you will be automatically returned to the checkout page, where you will see a link to download the report:
In addition, you will receive an email with order details and a link to download the report to the e-mail you specified.
From time to time we hold promotions and distribute a code in our social networks and the Telegram channel, which gives the opportunity to receive a discount when purchasing a report. If you have such a code, you must enter it on the report selection confirmation page:

Most often this happens if you are trying to pay with a bank card that our bank does not support. Note that it supports Visa, MasterCard and ArCa cards. If your card is of a different type, try using a different payment method, for example, send us money through a third-party service that allows you to make transfers from card to card.
Sometimes the same situation occurs if you entered incorrect bank card details or a payment confirmation code that is sent to you via SMS.
If all else fails, write to us at reports@gallup.am, indicate which report you are interested in and we will try to help.
Sometimes letters from us end up in the “Promotions” or “Advertising” section of your mailbox, and occasionally they end up in the “Spam” box. Please check these sections of your email, or search your entire mailbox using “@ gallup.am” as your search term.
If nothing helped and there really is no letter, write to us at reports@gallup.am and be sure to note which email address you provided.
Sharing the purchased report is prohibited by our terms and conditions (this does not apply to free reports and public information that can be found on our pages on social networks or on our Telegram channel).
